To help make the planning process simple you're supplied with worksheets appropriate for your event.  Some events only require a few music request worksheets and a general schedule as a guide.  However, larger events such as wedding receptions usually require more planning.  No matter what type of event you are putting together, we will offer anything we can to help make your plans and needs come together.

Once these forms are completed, just mail them in (at least one month prior to your event), and we can go over them over the phone.  All this organization helps make everything run smoothly and the way you want.  Also, we can change things during your event at your request.
